2 years later

I am still struggling, I did give up for a while but after gaining another 2 stone I decided enough is enough!

I am now back down to 203lb and still going.

I started a sponsorship to help me lose weight, so far I have raised £175 for Cats protection.

I keep yo yo-ing with 1lb at the moment one day I have lost it then the next day it’s back,I would love to get to the 14st 13 mark,and finally say goodbye to 15 stone!!

Need a more active hobby!!!

Ok today I did 36 mins on the Wii Fit, and I have lost another lb ,so quite pleased.

Today’s Weight 15st 1lb

Today’s BMI 29.60

Having Sausage Casserole tonight for Tea, so may not be any improvement tomorrow.

Had breakfast this morning ,normally I don’t have any, so will see if this improves my hunger which I think is most probably from just boredom.

I did 21 minutes on the Wii Fit, and I have lost 2.2lbs since yesterday not sure if that was down to me wearing jeans yesterday, but trackies today. But if it stays that way then it’ll go down as weight loss.

There are still lots of goodies in the house, but I am going to try willpower , like I did when I gave up smoking.

Must drink more water as well.

It has been a year, I really must try harder!!

Wow where has 2007 gone!! I must really try and diet now I have 5 months to lose weight!!!I am pleased I didn’t put any on over christmas so at least that is good news! But two stone to go!!

14.9 stone = 208.6 lb,lbs

That is my weight now ,so that 2lbs weight loss,I was hoping for more but that’ll do!!

I just need to exercise more! I might get a exercise dvd out! or just run up and down the stairs a few times.

Ok I’m back,And I really need to get movtivated,I have 6 months,1 week and 2 days until my holiday,and I don’t really want to sit on the beach in jeans and t-shirt so I really need to lose weight,I need to find my will power!!

Ok I haven’t been by for a little while,but now the kids are back at school,I’m more commited,I have walked to and from school with the kids,instead of going in the car,I must keep this up!! I haven’t snacked like I normally do so hopefully that will help,Just need to get my bottom out of the computer chair,put down my stitching and do some exercise.
